I've searched for the best coffee trying many different brands and origins. I landed on coffee from Peru and the Mayfly Ascent is the best roast I have found. It does well with the pour over or Bialetti methods for brewing. Excellent coffee that I highly recommend!

Used to live in Chattanooga area and enjoyed going to Mayfly coffee to try all of the different varieties and roasts they offer. I moved to Detroit area and still order the coffee online when I can. Great place, great coffee, always freshly roasted, very reliable deliveries. Would recommend trying them all. Base camp is my favorite.

I have really enjoyed Ecuador/Diego Jaya. I was drinking one of Mayfly's main line coffee flavors (which I liked) but I find Diego Jaya to have a richer taste. Highly recommend!

I discovered this at South Holston River Lodge about 7 years ago. It is the only coffee I have bought ever since. It is rich and not bitter like so many other coffees.
