From the moment you open the bag, the smell fills the room and literally everyone who walks in goes "mmm that smells soooo good." It just absolutely ticks every box and has this special physiological magic. Great flavor and also great qi. I found this coffee on a visit to Chattanooga and have been ordering and having it shipped ever since. I literally do not get coffee out at coffee shops anymore when I know I could wait and have one of these from our own espresso machine. It is a chocolatey, rich, satiating roast. So it's not for the citric fruit lovers. This is deep and mellow. And absolutely perfect. Thank you guys for making such an amazing product!

It is challenging to find fair trade, Swiss water method decaf coffee. And to have found Mayfly’s that tastes so great makes us feel so blessed! We have set up auto ship and never have to worry about hunting what we need again for our espresso maker! Just a great decaf latte every time!
